Hey Warriors! You've just set your goal, and wrote down the how-to steps on reaching that goal, so naturally the next question is where do I start? In our world where everyone is trying to capitalize monetarily on fitness goals (which is fine), people have no idea where to start. Goal Setting

How's it going Warriors? I was sitting down thinking, where does one start their fitness journey? Signing up for a gym? Picking out the ideal diet? Watching a bunch of CT Fletcher videos on YouTube (which you should be doing anyway)? Then it dawned on me, no matter the person, every athlete enters their fitness journey with a goal. Regardless if its as broad as, "I want to maximize my athletic potential" to as specific as, "I want to be able to lift 225 pounds for 8 reps on my left leg for Bulgarian split squats". As easy as it may seem to set a goal, people often overlook the most important part of goal setting, the road map! The road map is the how-to steps to achieving the goal you set out. This will make your big goals seem more attainable, and gives you the ability to see your progress on your way to your goal!
